Better days: I have lived a wonderful life ever since, and I owe a lot of my good fortune to all the wonderful people I met during my stay at NJH/NAC.  
  • 1986:  Epinephrine and oxygen

  • 1988:  Off to college and the asthma seems to go away
  • 1989:  I forgot my theophylline
  • 1991:  Albuterol: The second greatest asthma medicine ever, and my first ER visit in six years
  • 1993:  A return to the ER with my friends mom and Uncle Timmy
  • 1994:  The end of the asthma hospital as I remember it
  • 1995:  Respiratory Therapy School, My asthma friend, and her son
  • 1997:  Another degree, and worse asthma
  • 1997:  My worse ever asthma attack, and 10 day hospital admission
  • 2000:  Asthma sucks, but life is great
  • 2000:  Crystal and Jordan
  • 2001:  How I still can't run in cold air, but I do anyway until I have this nasty asthma attack
  • 2003:  Callie the great
  • 2004:  Advair is the asthma cure
  • 2007:  The death of theophylline, a lifelong friend
  • 2007:  Three months without albuterol, and it seems my asthma is gone forever
  • 2008:  Laney: My daughter with asthma just like mine? 
  • 2010:  Myles: My son with eczema and allergies just like mine? 
  • 2011:  My asthma beast returns at hunting camp
  • 2012:  The asthma beast returns just when I thought it was cured
  • 2013:  How I defeated exercise induced asthma
  • 2016:  Constantly working to find the best medicine, and finally settling on Advair and Singulair
